Cancellation and Refund policy Can I get a full refund if I do not like the quality of the slides ? Yes, you can request a full refund if you do not like the quality of our slides within 30 days from the purchase date. We will not ask any questions. You might also contact our technical support if you find any difficulty in editing the slides like changing the colors, size, shape, text etc. If you are not satisfied with our product or services you can get your money back. How can I request a refund ? You can get the refund by sending an email from your registered email to email@example.com. Please quote the "Order ID" in the mail. We will refund the money within 2-3 working days. How can I cancel my periodic premium subscription plans ? Our subscription plans are prepaid. You can cancel your subscription by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your subscription will will be terminated from the next period i.e no charges will be deducted in subsequent periods, however your account will remain active for the current period for which the fee has been paid. We do not refund the subscription fee already paid. If you wish we can offer a trial membership package on request.
